1. Service Description

Limes is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform for 3D printing workshop management. It provides tools for order management, cost calculation, filament tracking, and client communication.

2. Early Access Disclaimer

Limes is currently in early access (alpha). The service is provided as-is and as-available. Features may change, be added, or removed without prior notice. We make no guarantees regarding uptime, data preservation, or feature stability during the alpha period.

3. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use Limes for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
  • Upload malicious files or content designed to harm the platform or other users.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the service.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the service.

5. Intellectual Property

You retain full ownership of all files, designs, and content you upload to Limes. We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your content. By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to store and serve it solely for the purpose of providing the service.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Limes and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the service. Given the alpha nature of the service, we strongly recommend maintaining your own backups of critical data.

7. Termination, Changes & Contact

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Limes after changes constitutes acceptance. For questions, contact marius@limes.solutions.
